How can I meet women?

1. try to get a lot of exposures then im sure before the week ends you'll receice a wink.

2. Go to where women are. Almost every town has a coffee place now. Waitresses and customers can both be approached. Also, ask friends for introductions. Churches tend to have a lot of women, and I'd imagine your town has a couple of those. Personal ads is something I've heard people recommend. Many towns have festivals and community events (i.e. high school football games). You could try some of those. When you see someone your interested in, make sure you go up and say something. Even a shy "Hi" while looking at your shoes is better than letting her walk out of your life. Good luck.

3. Small towns in Texas do have their disadvantages. Everyone knows everyone. We used to "ride the square" on week-ends just to see who was with who and be seen 'out". At 23 I assume you work or go to school (I hope anyway). Enlist your friends or relatives to introduce you to their friends. Go with what you like to do best. Rodeos, dancing, clubbing. If that is not your scene, try the bowling alley, library, join a social group, Church. I am still real leery of the Internet. But mostly just get out there and get some exposure. I met some of the nicest guys at Bass fishing tournaments, and tractor pulls. The drag car racing strips. Get going and get out there, the girls (women) are not likely to knock on your door (unless they are the Avon lady)., so go where they are...good luck to you! (was also from a small Texas town)
