My husband and I had custody of my two nieces since dec. 06 and in June 07 custody was given back to the parents. Now the parents are again having problems and i need to know if i should take custody of them again. The first time the children had been removed by the cps for child endangerment. The parents are on probation for that charge. I need some real advice here.
Answers:
1. Do the right thing! If they are in danger fight to get them. If you don't get them and something happens to them you'll always blame yourself, but don't! I try to go through every day thinking "can I like myself if I do this." If I did all I possibly could for someone and it didn't turn out OK I still know that I did all I could!
