3. im 14 too. i really think that you can, in a sense. i don't know how to explain it, but when you're looking in someone's eyes [someone you like] you just feel if they feel the same way about you &it just feels right.
4. At 14 you should see some emotion in an others eyes after all tears show emotion. Some people are not expressive with their eyes, stop trying so hard. As you go older you will start to notice more changes in ones eyes especially in the eyes of the one you love.
