i noticed when i treat guys like crap in the beginning they are all into me. but when i start being nice...they kinda disappera...hmmm....is there something i'm not getting here?

1. Not I, if someone starts treating me like crap from the get-go... they are history even before the making of it. For me, it's all about first impressions and I won't waste my precious time with someone that abuses me like that.
My last girlfriend decided to play that game two years down the line and I skidded her right to the curb. I was morbidly sick of her constantly mocking me, putting me down all the time, and treating me like trash.
2. people are usually attracted to people who don't show much interest in them. the kind of guys that run from a girl that goes from mean to nice are the ones that like to be controlled and run over. you're just meeting the wrong guys. keep looking and you'll find someone. switching up how you act on people isn't a good idea though. try to be consistent.
