Theres a guy in my class, and I think he's really cute, cause he's quiet sometimes, and seems really shy. I've never really talked to him, but I think its cause since we're both shy, its not goin to get anywhere. How do I show him that I like him, and either get him to make the first move, or wait for him to like me a bit more before I do anything, in case he rejects me?

2. First of all you should start talking to him and find out if you really like him. Then if you do, become friends and slowly find the opportunity to tell him.
